Executive Chef Liam Parr heads up our fantastic kitchen team. Liam sources ingredients from farms and suppliers nearby where possible. Herefordshire has some of the best home-grown produce in the UK; beef, lamb, vegetables and cider are excellent quality and this means Liam’s team can create seasonal, healthy and delicious tasting meals.
Various catering packages are available depending on your needs and budget. Our kitchen can also cater to most dietary requirements including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, halal and kosher.
breakfast, tea & coffee
Breakfast is full of choice with many of our delegates staying with us for a minimum of 3 days. We do our best to ensure we meet all breakfast preferences.
Hot breakfast buffet, fresh fruit, yogurt and smoothies keep delegates well fuelled. This can also make for a productive breakfast meeting.
Tea and coffee is always available and located next to all meeting rooms. Our chefs make delicious biscuits onsite that compliment an afternoon cup of tea.
Chef can put together a selection of light lunch options including sandwiches, homemade quiches, soups and healthy salads that can be delivered to the meeting rooms for a working lunch if required.
There is a hot and cold buffet available in the main dining room consisting of freshly made main courses and salad selections with homebaked bread.
We can accommodate any meal preferences however special or casual.
Locally sourced meats and vegetables, freshly baked bread and delicious desserts give our food real flavour that satisfies delegates after a long day’s work.
